By accessing and using Intevie ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Intevie provides intelligent interview services designed to automate first-round skill check interviews. Our platform helps companies screen candidates efficiently and reduce time-to-hire.

3. Secure My Access - Pay on Launch

Important: When you select "Secure my access - Pay on launch," you are reserving your spot in our service queue. This option allows you to:

• Reserve your position in our service queue without immediate payment
• Lock in current pricing for our services
• Receive priority access when our full service launches

Payment Terms: You will only be charged when our full service becomes available and you begin using it. The payment will be processed automatically using the payment method you provide during the reservation process.

Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation at any time before the service launches without any charges. Once the service launches and you begin using it, standard billing terms will apply.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Service for personal or commercial use, subject to the restrictions set forth in these terms and conditions.

6. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from:

• Publishing any material from the Service in any other media
• Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any material from the Service
• Publicly performing and/or showing any material from the Service
• Using the Service in any way that is or may be damaging to the Service
• Using the Service contrary to applicable laws and regulations

8. Intelligent Interview Evaluation

Intevie uses artificial intelligence technology to evaluate interviews and assess candidate qualifications. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Interviews conducted through our platform are evaluated using intelligent systems
• Automated systems may make mistakes, errors, or inaccuracies in evaluation
• Intelligent evaluation results are provided for informational purposes only and should be considered alongside other factors in hiring decisions
• Intevie is not liable for any issues, inaccuracies, errors, or consequences arising from automated evaluation of interviews
• Users are responsible for making their own hiring decisions and should not rely solely on automated evaluation results
• Intevie does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of automatically generated evaluations

9. Disclaimer

The information on the Service is provided on an "as is" basis. Intevie makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Automated Evaluation Disclaimer: Intevie specifically disclaims any liability for errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in intelligent interview evaluations. The use of automated technology for interview evaluation is experimental and may produce incorrect or biased results. Intevie shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from reliance on automated evaluation results.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Intevie or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

11. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the Service could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Intevie does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current.

12. Links

Intevie has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Service and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Intevie of the site.
