Can we try Intevie before adding a card?
Yes. New workspaces start with $200 in free interview credits, so recruiters can test real first-round screens before adding a payment method.
What does the $200 credit cover?
$200 covers about 44 fifteen-minute candidate screens at public pricing. Transcripts, summaries, scoring, and recordings are included in the completed interview minute price.
Do we need an ATS to use Intevie?
No. You can start from the Intevie portal with one role. ATS Sync is optional for teams that later want job, candidate, and review-note flow between systems.
Candidate Experience
Do candidates need to install an app?
No. Candidates open a browser link on a phone, tablet, or computer and answer the first-round screen by voice.
Will candidates know they are taking an AI-assisted screen?
Yes. The candidate flow explains the screening interview and asks for consent before recording or processing the interview.
Can candidates complete the screen outside business hours?
Yes. Candidates can complete the screen when they are available, which helps recruiters avoid calendar delays and missed shift workers.
What if a candidate has technical issues?
The interview page gives clear help steps, and candidates can contact support by email or chat.
Human Control & Fairness
Does Intevie auto-reject candidates?
No. Intevie scores and summarizes each screen, but it never rejects candidates or hides them from your team.
Who makes the final hiring decision?
A recruiter, hiring manager, or another person on your team makes every move-forward, reject, or hold decision.
What if a score looks wrong?
Open the transcript and recording, review the answer evidence, override the recommendation if needed, and record the human reason.
How does Intevie support fairer first-round screening?
Candidates for the same role receive the same questions and score guide. Recruiters can inspect the evidence before making a decision.
Security & Privacy
Is candidate data secure?
Interviews are protected in transit and at rest. Your team controls what is reviewed, retained, and used for hiring decisions.
How does Intevie handle consent?
Intevie captures candidate consent for recording and data use before the screen begins, and consent records are stored for audit needs.
What happens to candidate data after hiring?
Candidate data is removed one month after you mark the job as complete, unless your team has a documented retention requirement.
Pricing & Usage
How are interview credits used?
Credits are used for completed interview minutes. Public pricing is $0.30 per completed minute, with founder pricing available while the launch offer lasts.
What happens when credits run out?
We send a reminder below $50. If the balance reaches zero, billable interview actions pause until the workspace recharges.
Is ATS Sync required?
No. Interview credits are the main path to start. ATS Sync is an optional monthly add-on when your team wants integration workflow.
Integrations & Assistants
What tools does Intevie connect with?
Intevie can sync ATS jobs and candidates through Merge where supported, and it also offers assistant access through the Intevie ChatGPT app and remote MCP server.
Should ChatGPT replace the Intevie portal?
No. The portal remains the system of record. Assistant access is a supporting layer for questions, summaries, and workflow preparation.
Can an assistant see all candidate data by default?
No. Assistant access is tied to the signed-in Intevie account and should only expose the workspace context that user is allowed to access.

How quickly will we see useful results?
You can review completed summaries as soon as candidates finish. The launch credit is designed so you can judge fit on one real role.
