Screening criteria library
What Intevie measures for each role type.
Different jobs need different first-screen evidence. Browse the current role guides, then use Intevie's adaptive criteria engine for roles that do not yet have a fixed scorecard.

If a role is not mapped yet, the job ad becomes the guide.
For unmapped roles, Intevie can derive a focused first-screen scorecard from the job title, role family, sector, company context, responsibilities, and must-have requirements. The interview then returns evidence against those criteria instead of guessing from a generic scorecard.
Known role: use the mapped role-specific scorecard.
Known sector: blend sector defaults with job-ad criteria.
Unknown role: generate 5-8 practical screening signals from the job ad.
Missing evidence: mark not_discussed instead of inventing candidate signals.
