Aakash spent more than a decade building software for fast-moving teams before turning that focus on hiring. After watching recruiters drown in calendar work and repeat screening while strong candidates moved on to faster competitors, he built Intevie to give that time back.
The idea is simple: fair voice screens that candidates take on their own time, useful summaries, and zero auto-rejections. Recruiters stay in control of every decision.
